歡迎您下載、安裝並使用 [Pisdome的App]（以下簡稱「本 App」）。本 App 由 [ShuFei的Pisdome]（以下簡稱「我們」）開發與營運。我們極為重視您的隱私，並承諾依據本隱私權政策保護您的個人資料：

Welcome to download, install, and use [App by Pisdome] (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). The App is developed and operated by [Pisdome of ShuFei] (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We deeply value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy:

一、 適用範圍與法律依據 / Scope and Legal Basis

本政策適用於全球所有用戶。針對歐盟（EU）及英國（UK）用戶，我們依據歐盟一般資料保護規範（GDPR）處理您的資料，其法律依據包括履行合約義務、您的明確同意、以及我們優化服務的合法利益。

This policy applies to all users globally. For users in the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK), we process your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). • 裝置與使用數據 (Device & Usage Data)：IP 位址、設備型號、作業系統版本、不具名的 App 點擊與使用紀錄（用於系統維護、資安防護與優化體驗）。
  IP address, device model, operating system version, and anonymous App clicks/usage logs (used for system maintenance, security, and user experience optimization).

• 硬體權限存取 (Device Permissions)：如相機、相簿或定位。我們僅在您首次觸發該功能並給予「明確同意」後方才存取。
  Such as camera, photos, or location. We only access these after you provide "explicit consent" when the feature is first triggered.

三、 第三方服務與資料分享 / Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

為了維持服務運作，我們可能與值得信賴的第三方服務商合作。這些服務商僅能依我們的指示處理資料，且不得用於其他用途：

To maintain operations, we may work with trusted third-party service providers. These providers only process data under our instructions and are prohibited from using it for other purposes:

• 存取、更正與導出權 (Access, Rectify, & Export)：您可隨時查看、修改或匯出您的資料。
  You may view, modify, or export your data at any time.

• 被遺忘權/刪除權 (Right to be Forgotten / Deletion)：您可隨時透過本 App 設定中的「刪除帳號 (Delete Account)」按鈕，或透過下方電子信箱聯繫我們，要求永久刪除您的帳戶及所有關聯資料。
  You may permanently delete your account and all associated data via the "Delete Account" button in the App settings, or by contacting us via the email below.

六、 兒童隱私保護 / Children's Privacy

我們不會故意蒐集 13 歲（在某些國家為 16 歲）以下兒童的個人資料。若我們發現不慎收集了兒童資料，將立即予以刪除。

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
